Melting Idol was originally part of a mini-series of ~5 Totem-like artworks I had created for another platform, but they informed me they wanted 10 (!) high quality artworks, and that 3 of my 5 were 'low quality'... While I did try to see if I could create more artworks that fit the general theme, I simply can't make works with a common thread on purpose very well, so I finally gave up on the idea and decided the artworks would live independently of each other. Good luck guessing which ones were part of the original set ;)
