Defective Motherboard

This animated NFT is based on the original oil painting by Victor Fota from 2017 and takes the original image a step further, enhancing its message. The original painting was part of the "Human Extension" series in which the artist explored the relationship between man and technology. "Defective Motherboard" points out the negative effects technology can have on a teenagers mind if used in excess or incorrectly or if the machine itself is faulty. The inspiration for this painting came from a personal experience the artist had with using his first personal computer in his pre-teen years.
