Over time this past year, creating colorful art made me really depressed. I wanted nothing more than for that part of me to die so I could move on with my life. But “Colorful Erica” isn’t dead, and she keeps coming back. It’s almost like she’s trying to let me know that the joy I thought was lost is still trying to find its way back to me.
