The open sea can be dangerous for Apes

It was only a few days ago when I was thinking about the legalities around low ball offers and sellers remorse. For me it is part of the game and a danger that we need to be on the look out for, for once the terms of a smart contract are met, it is done, or so I thought. Mpa3yka put in a low offer of 40Eth for BAYC#6267. This offer was accepted but then reported for "suspicious activity". The marketplace blocked the buyers account and froze all their NFTs. The community was outraged and the marketplace quickly unlocked the account, but BAYC#6267 still remains stranded at sea, hence why I've depicted him on Rembrandt ship that is caught in a storm. For me, this is a pivotal moment in NFT trading. How much authority should marketplaces have in a decentralised world?
