Jigglypuff

Pokemon is one of the highest grossing media franchises with total revenue estimated to be over $100 billion, and so Jigglypuff has much to joyfully sing about on top of the pile of gold. But where does Pokemon's value come from? This year the franchise is celebrating its 25th anniversary and its been incredible to see how well it has brought people together. Communities have formed around these colourful monsters and online strangers have an instant connection when they learn that both collect the trading cards. Social connections are exceptionally valuable and since Pokemon can facilitate in making them stronger it is no wonder why its total revenue has exceeded $100 billion.
