Inner Balance is what keeps us grounded. It’s what assures us that after the storm, there will be a rainbow. We will always live through darker times. Times we wish we could avoid. But the truth is that both, good and bad, help us to grow and make us become the person we are today.
That spark - the bridge that helps us to overcome the bad - grows and thrives within all of us. For me, it is creativity and art.
The endless journey of finding balance is one we are all part of and instead of avoiding the darkness, we should find ways to brighten it up.
