My grandparents stayed in a housing estate called Charlemagne and so from a young age I took an interest in the early history of the Franks and their king - Charlemagne or Charles the Great. Celebrities are the royalty of today and Timothée Chalamet is the rising star. To me Chalamet and Charlemagne sound very similar. I made this piece after watching Dune, Call Me by Your Name and Little Women.
