After millennia spent as galactic castaways the Royal detachment stood at the foot of the final marker left by the colony ship Artemis - The Pillars of Andromeda.
The last light of the cycle descended its façade, casting the Pillars into silhouette like arms of rock and metal desperately outstretched towards the heavens. Their gaze followed its lumbering reach skyward as the encircling system aligned like a cosmic symphony, pointing the way home.
