Narcissist by definition is a person with an inflated sense of self importance. This piece, based off of the infamous "Narcissus" painting by Caravaggio, interprets the same the qualities of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). The Boy in the painting sees a distorted reflection of his own ego and becomes enticed by his perception of it.
