"Inner Vortex"
Self-fighting is like a ship engaged in combat in the midst of an ocean's whirlpools, waves, and storms. It is a tough battle. In order to modify one's thinking and behavior, one must fight against oneself by attempting to comprehend how it operates. To distinguish between fact and imagination, address unwanted thoughts and emotions, and develop self-confidence, this process calls for patience and commitment. This process depends on the ongoing improvement of emotional and intellectual abilities. Remember that this is a continuous process and that there is no quick fix to reach this objective.
