On the shore where the tides never tire,
Stands a figure with a hood of fire,
Watching the waves roll and rise,
The watcher of the shifting tides.
In the tides there lie secrets deep,
And dangers that many do not keep,
But the watcher sees all that may creep,
From sea to sea, their watch they keep.
So if you wander by the shore,
And hear the ocean's mighty roar,
Gaze out to the water and adore,
The keeper of the tides forevermore.
