This NFT represents the Canvas Painting I did in 03/2013. 100x60 cm (39x24 inch) Oil on canvas 2013 The painting is aimed primarily at creating a sense of a lingering dream. A fleeting midday slumber of tired travelers in the shade of a sparse steppe tree. A man's sleep is more visceral. As he sleeps, he transforms into the tree itself, his feet into the roots, his hands into the twigs. The arms are poured with fatigue. Chains are needed to hold them up. The branches and leaves of the tree take on the shapes of deer heads, Baikal water splashes in the sky, the world loses its reality. The girl's dream is quite ordinary. Maybe the man is dreaming about her. Or maybe on the contrary, it's her dream and the tree is transformed into an enchanted wayfarer. The painting should create an impression of duality, unsteadiness and unrealistic world in a half-forgotten place.
