It starts as a tiny trickle, which goes on for years or decades, unnoticed. This trickle turns into a stream and some people start to see the signs, though they are usually dismissed. Meanwhile, evidence builds. Then comes a flash point. Some event, or combination of events, provides the catalyst for the stream (which is by now more a river) to break the banks and all of the sudden everyone is in 10 feet deep. Are you prepared?
