Created in 2021, this work is the first in a rare series of inkjet relief mono-prints derived from my digital collage practice. By reprinting and physically manipulating digital fragments, the image becomes a hybrid between screen and surface, memory and artifact.
The composition collapses architecture, abstraction, and glitch aesthetics into a single suspended moment color shifting, geometry bending, edges dissolving. Each layer carries the ghost of its previous form, echoing the ways our digital lives are constantly overwritten, saved, and erased..
As the inaugural piece of this process, it holds a special place in my archive: a bridge between the analog tactility of printmaking and the immaterial persistence of digital media. Minted now as a singular 1/1 edition, it embodies my ongoing exploration of how technology, memory, and materiality intersect.
This is not just an image, it is a portal, a preserved disruption, a relic of transition from one artistic era to the next.
