I asked someone on telegram how you pronounce the name of one of the most interesting collectors in the crypto art world and someone told me it's based off the artist Moderat. The whole time I was pronouncing it as 'Mode.....Rats' and it stuck. In light of the hilarious crypto acquisition happenings recently and the disagreements of bidding changes on SuperRare I just wanted to consecrate the timeline with this. Enjoy.
