I know. I'm making a LOT of artworks inspired by Noita lately ;)
To be perfectly honest, this one has only the title as inspiration. This modified Artbreeder image ( https://www.artbreeder.com/i?k=bc6c61ddc0ec657c17f772ad ) seemed like some monstrous mutated being, so the liquid in Noita called Chaotic Polymorph, which transforms the player into various monsters seemed like the perfect title.
