Comments: I met up with a couple of punks in Warsaw at one of the most historic hotels for a meeting for lunch. When we wrapped up, Jakob and I walked around old town. We bought some Labradorite crystals and expressionist art by local street art vendors selling their beautiful paintings of the town. As we walked and talked around his hometown looking for the perfect place to make a portrait. He was telling me how he was the "next" Steve Jobs. In health tech, life extension to be exact. His goal was to create technology so we do not die, and can live forever. As advantageous as it sounded I asked him how humans can achieve immortality, and also asked even though death is natural. Don't humans, at some point, "need" to die? If we fear the unknown and the beyond. How do we know what we are missing because just like life, death is part of the process. Whatever dimensions await our consciousness, or the oneness of the universe upon the moment of our death. As one would hear from common stories during near death experiences. Are humans supposed to live forever? Is life now in the eye of the beholder. If we had the choice to decide how long to live. To grow younger as we age. A perfect median for a man like Benjamin Button. Genetically engineering what age you want to be, as we decide the genders and amount of offspring you want before the zygote is formed? It sound like a sci-fi dream, but can it be a reality at some point? Can humans map out DNA and manipulate it to live forever? What is forever, how much life is enough before you long for death? What then becomes of time if you can live continuously? What about expanding populations and limited material resources? So many questions with no answers but ideas, Finally, Are living things supposed to die, or live in this dimension forever? Do we traverse the cosmos as long as light years, since we can live as long to reach the stars? Jakob, our new and improved Steve Jobs, says we can and he is working on the tech to do so.
