Comments: Family is forever. We grow up and old together. Our parents give us a home, and when we become parents we give our parents hope. For the future, for the namesake. Brother and sister made from the same blood. How far do we go from home? Do we go, or do we stay. Sooner or later we end up back where we came. Father gave us everything we need, and mother gave us the life we have. A happy family is to love each other unconditionally, communicate honestly, and accept our differences no matter how triggered we become. Family is trust. It is the blood we share that makes us connected. Who else can you rely on when these are the people you came from, the first people you got to know. We did not choose our family as we choose our friends. The ultimate lesson is to acknowledge them. They do their best with what they have, sometimes they do not know any better, and that is okay. Our traumas often occur within the family tree, and that is also where all our healings begin. To become a better person is to forge a deeper bond with the family tree, digging deeper into the roots to cultivate the fruits of friendship instead of parental control. Love goes both ways, not because you have to, but because you want to. At the end of the day, all you have left is the family you met when you were born. Until the day you meet someone and create your own, they will always be with you in this life and the ever after. As our ancestors came before us, what we contribute to the world and what we leave behind. A loving family, cherished memories, and stories to carry with you into the end of time.
