Comments: Sibylle & Claudia were chanting all day preparing for a healing ceremony with me on the beach. They laid down shells and trinkets and prayed to the spirits of the land, sea, and air. It was nearing sunset and the mystic women laid me down on the beach to help me release and cleanse somatic blockages in my back. Releasing guilt and shame that I have been carrying from a past life. Screaming into the sand with no one else in sight, I was freed from this grief. This went on for an hour until I ran towards the ocean and purged my soul from their healing witchcraft. I felt lighter, it felt like purification. The part of my back that ached was gone and loosened. We carry stress and trauma in our bodies for lifetimes. Sometimes it turns into dis-ease if you don't caretake the issues when it happens. It gets stored and forgotten and blocking life force energy moving up and down your spine. Until one day a kundalini awakening breaks your heart and mind open. We often forget what we carry and its still inside us waiting to be released. Finding the right tools to set us free. Nature is the remedy. Silence to listen to our bodies and feel where we need to bring attention to it. Quieting down from the external noise and traveling within. It does not take long if you listen, as you will feel where it is wrong. To self heal you need the space to do so. Stop the rat race and give yourself that love you desire. True love comes from within, not from without. The ocean waves crashing down are the melody to my salvation. Jumping up and down on the sand, activating all parts of my body. Moving along the lymph nodes and detoxing old emotional wounds. Now, is the time to look at what parts of you need that attention and care. Be present with yourself. Cry and laugh, as your tears are the prayers and laughter is the medicine for your heart to keep the beats flowing.
