From the heart of Culiacán, the storm shatters the sky with a double strike that challenges the city's light. On the horizon, the silhouette of the hills bears witness to a rare and majestic phenomenon: a blue jet shooting into the stratosphere, defying gravity itself. The camera, capturing the full spectrum of light, transforms the firmament into a scarlet canvas, intensifying the sensation of fury, power, and mystery. A moment where nature and the vastness of the cosmos merge in an unparalleled dance of light and energy.
About me:
I am Alfredo Juárez, an Astrophotographer from Sinaloa, Mexico. I picked my first camera (a Konica Minolta) in high school. I felt in love with Astrophotography when I traveled 600+ miles to chase the Neowise comet back in 2020. Being there, in the middle of nowhere is a healing process for me, and I plan to continue doing it for as long as I can.
