Lone Venture is the published centre piece winner for the 2022 Australian Aerial Photographer of the Year awards.
Captured on the tranquil blue waters of Queensland, Australia - This minimalistic piece highlighted that in life, it's often more about the journey than the destination.
Throughout my career capturing aerial art, I have always loved the processes of getting out adventuring to some of the most beautiful locations in Australia. The hours of travel or walking along beaches for the perfect shot are often the best memories made over reaching the location itself.
Like this boat navigating the idyllic blue waters, the journey is what brings us the happiness, not always the destination.
