First, there was no September Revolution.
Second, the September Revolution is the Ninth Historical Lie. Fake news. It never happened. What September Revolution? None, because there wasn't any. Nothing happened in September. Almost September didn't happen either, but this is arguable.
Nobody did anything. Nobody threw a stone, just like in the previous revolutions. Nobody fell down*. Commoners and normies saw nothing. It didn't happen.
*Mlibty Shadows have no legs and arms, they fall easily. Others can't help them to stand up again, because they have no legs, no arms, and no ears.
