Every one of these expeditions challenges me at my limits. This day was no different. launching in the darkness, I drive across with nervous apprehension, eager to arrive, my mind racing through all kinds of things as I try to refocus it continually as I pick my way through the lumps and bumps of a wild ocean.
To give myself the best chance at coping with the stress loads, I have began putting myself under stress in other areas, to grow and be a stronger person all round. So, please excuse the title, but it speaks to me of the work I am doing, and which Im able to do because of the support I have received, of which I take very seriously. Life will keep throwing me challenges, I will continue to work on growing my sunrise within.
