Regardless of a man's orientation or taboos, the X also marks a biological spot, being a center of pleasure, the headquarters of the reproductive system, and the cause of thousands of deaths every year, making prostate cancer the fifth most common cause of cancer death globally, and yet, several men still refuse to take the prostate exam.
