An incredible moment filmed just off the coast in front of my home. Every year I witness these majestic creatures voyaging down the coast, it’s only recently that the capacity to venture meaningfully out into the oceanic wilderness has arisen. The generosity that enabled this experience, I hope will cherish this moment. It was so intimidating getting into the water, out on the ocean so far out, when most of the time you’ve watched this giant creature bounding its way towards you like a puppy while you sit floating silently.
