This is a dynamic and interactive artwork. Judith Slays The Market draws inspiration from Caravaggio’s iconic Judith Beheading Holofernes.
This piece challenges the viewer to unlock hidden layers of meaning—both literal and metaphorical—by engaging with its cryptic nature and discovering and typing secret phrases.
The secret phrases are hidden in the artwork. Discover them, type them in the box and observe the artwork changing.
At its core, the artwork exists in four distinct states, each revealing a different visual transformation.
The initial state presents a reimagined rendition of Judith's decisive moment, a scene rich with tension and dramatic chiaroscuro. However, as the correct secret phrases are entered, the piece morphs—becoming animated, glitching into distortion, pulsing with raw energy, or revealing a final concealed message.
This work is not merely an image; it is a ritual of discovery. Each phase unearths a new interpretation, forcing the audience to confront the power of hidden knowledge, control, and revelation. Judith Slays The Market is a modern relic, coded into existence, waiting for the right words to bring it to life.
