Snow rests upon the valley
like a long-kept promise,
softening the world into silence.
Trees stand as they always have:
dark sentinels shaped by wind,
roots gripping centuries,
branches bearing the weight of time.
The land here remains unclaimed,
unchanged since the first footsteps
pressed their stories into the earth.
Light moves slowly across the snow,
and the valley drifts beyond the present,
This is a place that remembers and endures
Unchanged, untamed, and still wild.
