The series “Sleep Paralysis” explores the liminal time of when the mind perceives hallucinations, creatures and objects that cannot be detected when it is completely awake. In ”Mare” (2022), two ominous black cats stare at each other over a pale nude. The muscles of the body highlight the delicate figures of the animals/incubi.
