The first thing you better do when you ride into Idaho. Hit the nearest saloon. Also, guzzle down a few shots of Scotch Whiskey cowboy. Only one way to keep warm in the winter. The snow in Idaho is cold, but the potato soup is to die for. Make sure its piping hot when it's served out. The Leatherman Peak mountains have that dark color in the sky, get yourself a nice camera and snap away. Most go for Borah Peak, but dark rigid mountains in Custer County can't be missed. Gather a few frens among your band of boys and head out. The Lost River Range is gorgeous, so don't forget to bring the biggest horse you have on them trails. Pack a few extra lunches, and maybe tag the misses along with you too. A family affair at it's best. Cheers!
