Lost and faded dreams.
Try as I might, yet I cannot seem to recall.
Bleeding and broken amongst an abstraction of formerly whole memories — chaos, bedlam.
Bits and pieces of the world fade in and out,
like flickering consciousness in between dimensions.
And so before you are shattered fragments of greenery, blissful skies, surrounding a portal where two Shallows, lost as they are, hide from starlight—whose light they barely remember.
