The chimneys of La Pedrera transform into an architecture of thought: a crown emerging from the human head as if ideas were taking mineral form and projecting toward the sky.
Architecture thus becomes a crown of thoughts, a symbol of a mind in constant expansion. The work proposes a reflection on memory, identity, and the fusion of nature, body, and architecture, where the constructed landscape ceases to be a backdrop and becomes an extension of human consciousness.
Gaudí was born in Reus, and as a tribute to the centenary of his death, I have created a collection of eight artworks inspired by his profound connection with nature. They will be displayed as a tribute to Gaudí on a traveling exhibition across various institutional buildings.
