XVII — The Star (L’Étoile)

XVII — The Star represents hope, renewal, generosity, and a deep connection with the universe. A serene woman kneels beside flowing water, pouring from two vessels—one nourishing the earth and the other returning water to its source. Above her, a brilliant central star surrounded by seven smaller stars illuminates the night, symbolizing guidance, inspiration, and cosmic harmony. The card speaks of openness, trust, and the quiet confidence that appears after hardship. The flowing water suggests emotional and spiritual renewal, while the fertile landscape reflects growth, healing, and the natural circulation of life. The Star is a moment of clarity: a reminder to remain receptive, authentic, and aligned with something greater than oneself.
