She gathers knowledge and purity in silence, like a nest preparing a birth. She is the receptive spiritual pole, the counterpart of the Pope. In the card: the egg beside her is what she is incubating. The book on her lap is knowledge being studied and stored. The veil behind her marks a sacred, enclosed space. Light / shadow: faith, intuition, study, patience, purity · coldness, rigidity, isolation, harsh judgment. She embodies duality, pure knowledge, and the spiritual matriarchal principle: the cold or enlightened feminine who guards hidden wisdom, amassing energy in absolute receptivity until the moment of manifestation arrives.
