Throughout my life, I have found that my passion can sometimes turn into a sort of obsession. How do I strike a balance between profound excitement and focus without getting lost in an inspired compulsion? Immersed in a reality of self-created time warps and out-of-sync sleep cycles, I push myself further into the narrowing journey. I am still learning how to slow down, pause and recalibrate to a state of equilibrium before moving forward. Within the chaos of internal fatigue, I find moments of deep knowing and remembering: all can be peaceful if I let it be… and therein lies the balance. I sink into it. I stop. I smile. This is my “Mania Manifesto.”
