When I was a kid, music was my gateway drug into the world of art. However, I’ve always hated huge concerts and festivals, simply from a logistical perspective. You have to wait in long lines to pee, to get a beer, there’s people taking selfie’s everywhere, it’s a mess. Plus, I'm an introvert so that doesn't help. Although lately, since the pandemic still persists, I find myself reflecting on those big concerts and it makes me miss human interaction in a weird fundamental way. Yeah, festivals are awful, but I’d go to one tomorrow just to have the experience of hanging with some strangers..
