Unsupervised Drone

Katsu embraces and fears the power of artificial intelligence. This performance drone piece “Machine Learning” reflects on the current implications of unsupervised learning and dangers it presents. What decisions will AI make once it surpasses human intelligence? KATSU is one of the pioneers of drone painting and has been published for his artistic works in publications such TIME, Wired and Art Net. The work is rendered using a KATSURU painting drone prototype which KATSU developed with collaborators Tsuru Robotics.
