This unique digital painting is composed of eight Soft Bodies generated in the past 6 months. Since 2017, I have been making oil paintings which originate from this generative 3D process. The script I use randomly plots B-spline points in 3D space, a sort of automatic line drawing technique, putting the computer at the start of the creative process and encouraging a dialogue between myself and the machine. The interplay between digital forces and traditional media is an ongoing theme in my work. The winner of the auction will receive a high resolution video file and a Verisart certificate of authenticity.
