Spend Some Time

A great artist has the ability to turn something ordinary, something we encounter everyday, into something resplendent. Something that stands the test of time because no matter when or who looks at the piece, it will contain an echo of transcendence. 'Spend Some Time' was made in the wake of a tumultuous year, almost to the day since an emotional break up. Although the year ahead was a grand adventure I could not have known this at the time. As always nature was there to remind me that life is essentially playful and not to take the many twists and turns too seriously.
