The fabled salaryman is a Japanese icon. Here in the underbelly of the famous Shimbashi area of Tokyo, a senpai and kohai kill time between business meetings away from the watchful eyes of their kacho in a vintage arcade between sales calls. I was struck by how similar their appearance and mannerisms were. To me the salary men are often childlike in their behavior.
