During a trip to New Zealand while on an assignment as an ambassador for Sony I was able to experience this incredible country in the beginning of winter of 2019.
I took this shot in the South Island, while in a kayak on a morning around dawn. The mist above the water with the paddles and the nature around me was something you could not put into words; a moment I will cherish for as long as I live.
I’m an artist that learned different crafts through the years, from music to photography to painting, and I use colors to express my vision and feel of what the moment was like for me. In other words I love to transcribe what I see playing with the harmony of colors.
This piece is no exception of that. New Zealand feels like another world.
