This animation depicts the exterior of a Caribbean Chattel House with a decorative wrought iron gate being reclaimed by its natural surroundings. It represents the blurred lines between the relationship of wooden houses and their natural surroundings on the island. Community House represents an ecological community formed around the human built environment. It exists from the process of nature reclaiming space in uninhabited spaces. It is a reflection of how nature adapts and responds to man-made spaces forming bio-diverse environments. 3840 x 2160 pixel
