To hold out breathe and create this phenom is very hard. We went 35ft deep and face up towards the surface.
Sometimes vertigo gets us because of the CO2 needed to make this happen. We lay flat with our lungs filled with air. And blow outwards. The technique is hard to explain. But the after effects can be harsh.
I have had times where the lungs are so torn that I coughed up blood. As we get better at doing this it becomes easier. Lots of training underwater and staying fit. We train years to create this phenom.
