Off the grid in the middle of the Mojave Desert I found myself engulfed in a cave. With 116 degree weather I hid in this cave for 1 Hour to meditate.
I am extremely weird when it comes to nature. I turn off all media and connect with the earth. Natives on the reservation Taught me how to be one of the land. Being this isn't Hawaii I got taught a new spiritual connection within the desert.
Natives taught me why a Coyote comes and how they deliver messages through animals.
This Cave was much cooler than the outside air. Natives lived in these caves to preserve cool air from the night hours.
All things was built for a reason and rightfully so. The connection they have with the earth is exactly like us Hawaiians with the Land and Water. So similar being we are both rare humans on the planet.
The natives across all areas are taught to not speak the native Language. But to only speak english. As they continue to divide our cultures they don't recognize why we exist. We reside to share things Americans cannot teach. Things that bring wealth.
Enjoyed my time on Native Land in Arizona and Utah. My wish would be to live in this region to engage with the Earth and the people of this land every single day.
Sharing the journey would be my calling. My art is very important to me. And I dream one just one person sees my vision. How to preserve native cultures and maintain the history behind it all.
This Image was Taken with my Sony A1 Camera with a wide angle lens. As the sun sets near the cave gold lights up the cave like a Magician set up a stage full of gold.
Phenom that felt surreal and leaves me without words. I was in tears for this time. As I was remembered how far I have come to see this moment happen in front of my eyes.
Golden Cave with white ahead looking exactly like a portal passing through time.
