burst_ artwork 30 / ISOLATION ISOLATION: 2nd week of quarantine in Peru, since day 1 the military is present and very strict with people on the street. Everybody fears them.. nobody is outside. Between 8 pm and 5 am nobody is allowed at all to be outside. I took this picture on the first day when the police walked with the military side by side to tell the people “stay at home“ (I thought to myself: ..and from now on the military rules.)
