One of three unpublished works from my Folio Society edition of Arthur C. Clarke's Rendezvous with Rama, made for the book but never used on it.
Advena is Latin for a visitor, an outsider, someone arrived from elsewhere. It's built from ad, toward, and venire, to come, the same root that gives us advent and adventure.
Built with a combination of Blender and Photoshop, ink, water and paper textures.
The buyer receives a signed copy of the Folio Society Rendezvous with Rama and an archival giclée print of the work.
