Us Beneath Compulsion

Tyrant use fear to produce compulsion, they are always after compulsion so they use fear, and an apocalyptic fear is the best means of doing that. This is how you tell the tyrants apart from the leaders. A tyrant will frighten you into compulsion and they’ll use the crises and catastrophe to justify the compulsion. This means any leader who tells you a crisis is so intense that it necessitates emergency compulsion, then that’s a Tyrant! You might argue that a leader could be genuinely concerned about a crisis and want to act for the betterment of their people, but such a leader is just a Frightened Tyrant. A true leader, even in the face of a crisis will be calm and wouldn’t use compulsion
