Of course, there is hate speech. You can’t even begin to imagine the evil that comes out of people’s mouths and with that in existence, anyone can and will surely get offended. So, someone might say, 'Alright, that’s a problem, let’s regulate it.' No!!! Did you even stop to think who will decide what hate speech is or not? And if you’re chronically naive, you might say the ‘government’. Well, we all know how that story ends when you vest too much power on power hungry people. Aside that, passing laws to regulate hate speech is at its core impractical. Because no matter how nicely you convey your words, you will still offend people and If you can’t offend people then you’re not allowed to speak and if you’re not allowed to speak? Then, my God you’re not allowed to think! In order to think you must risk being offensive, especially when it comes to contentious issues
