Sunset falls on the Alaska Range, burning a portal through the thick fog. This side of Denali is a challenge to see at all, partly due to the violent weather that surrounds the mountain at all times and partly because there are very few ways to get to this vantage point in the first place. It required three days of navigating deep rivers and silty mud to get here, and three more days waiting for the fog to clear.
