There are some pretty solid bakeries in Brooklyn, but the best are in Greenpoint, which is just north of my neighborhood. Whenever I walk my dog up there, I'm on the hunt for donuts. One weekend, while on a said donut excursion, I went into my favorite donut shop to collect some doughy treasures. However, the shop was almost completely sold out! Utterly defeated, I sauntered out of the shop. To my surprise, I saw a group of people with boxes of donuts standing out front. They were eating donuts, laughing, high-fiving, and enjoying their cool lives. So I went home, and I made this animation.. (evil grin)
