Experience the magic of Bill Bernstein’s Solar-NRG Dancefloor NFT that features the legendary sun sculpture plus music inspired by the pioneering electronic dance music producer, Patrick Cowley. It’s edited in a way for the viewer to feel the ecstasy that was achieved on any night out at Studio 54, as they danced to the ‘High-NRG’ style of electronic disco music, that producers like Patrick Cowley, Giorgio Moroder, and Cerrone championed. Music from this work was produced by Morgan Wiley (DFA Records/Adeline) and inspired from Patrick’s work with legendary disco singer, Sylvester. 10% of sales from this NFT will benefit the incredible Marsha P Johnson Institute, chosen by our good friend, @honeydijon. The Marsha P. Johnson Institute (MPJI) protects and defends the human rights of Black transgender people. They do this by organizing, advocating, creating an intentional community to heal, developing transformative leadership, and promoting collective power within the LGBTQ+ community. This NFT also includes a signed copy of his newly published book, ‘Last Dance’ and a 30 x 40 print of one of the negatives from this exact contact sheet.
